Chia Crispy Bread (Vegan, Paleo, Keto. Sugar free, gluten free)

My love for different kinds of seeds is overwhelming. I have already mentioned that this is due to a very high nutrition value they have. Also due to the gluten free factor as well as very low sugar index. This is how I made my chia crispy bread. It is a perfect quick snack (you know those moments when you are cooking something and you are literally starving? In this case I love having some snack that helps me surviving. :)

1 dl chia seeds

1 dl flax seeds

1 dl sesame seeds

1 dl sunflower seeds

1 dl pumpkin seeds

A pinch of sea salt

2 tbs melted coconut oil

2 tbs boiling water

Mix your seeds. Add some melted coconut butter. Pour boiling water on top. Mix. Wait for 10-20 min. Put everything on a baking tray with some baking paper on and even it out either with a rolling pin or just simply using your hands (adding an extra baking paper on top helps evening out it with your hands, however remove this extra paper before baking). Once it looks even, bake in a preheated oven of 180 degrees Celsius/Gas Mark 4 for at least 20-25 min.

Done, once it looks crispy and golden.

Use a snack, sprinkle your regular salad with it, keep it in your bag once your sugar level gets low.

Just eat it.

Nutrition facts: High in Iron, Potassium, Magnesium, Phosphorus etc. Also high in fats. Extremely low in sugar. Carbs index: moderate.
